I enjoyed the quiet and beautiful location of the hotel with well-kept gardens and grounds. the breakfast was fabulous, and the serving staff was helpful and friendly.

Deluxe hotel in a nice location in the middle of jackson. Clean room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Location very close to a residential area with lots of pedestrians.

We only slept at the a double room, but loved it.

Had a fantastic breakfast served by the friendly Pam, and the well-kept grounds and gardens were truly beautiful. the staff, including the knowledgeable Miguel and the passionate garden tour guide, made our stay perfect. the location was serene and ideal for a romantic getaway.

There was no daily cleaning service, causing inconvenience with running out of toiletries. the lack of Wi-Fi made it difficult to research local establishments, and the pool was closed during our stay.
